Introduction to soft drinks development and manufacture

This course covers the basic principles of beverages and the small scale production of soft drinks. Topics include microbiology, ingredients (e.g. water, sweeteners, acidity regulators, juices, colours and flavouring), pasteurisation, packaging and shelf-life. It will suit suppliers to the beverage industry and those new to beverage production.
