This allows us to produce fantastic new hop aromas and flavours! We also stock a huge collection of malt, yeast, brewing aids and other products.
DDW offer a full range of caramels offering colour stability and consistency plus brewing syrups to enhance flavour and conditioning. DDW can also supply a wide range of natural colours including annatto, anthocyanins, carbon black, chlorophylls, Emulsitech paprika & beta-carotenes and Emulsitech beverage emulsions. Brewing syrups and caramels are manufactured in Manchester and natural colours in Burton-on-Trent and Overseal. DDW is part of Givaudan.
