Drinks Dispense Technician – Central London

The Purpose:

Join us as a Dispense Systems Technician and become an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional service levels in the On Trade industry. As a key player in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Dispense Systems, you’ll collaborate with our dynamic teams, including On Trade Sales, Tec Sales, Trade Marketing & Marketing. Our portfolio of esteemed customers includes Enterprise, Greene King, Punch Pub Co, TRG, Whitbread, and more.

This is a field based role and you will be covering the postcodes W, SW, SE, E, N, NW, WC, EC. Your base would be in Kentish town.

The role: 

  • As a Dispense Systems Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage dispense equipment across multiple outlets.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in performing planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Additionally, you’ll handle necessary paperwork and reports while utilizing IT equipment like laptops and handheld devices.
  • Working independently and participating in an on-call rota will be part of your routine.
  • Your excellent customer interface skills and ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be essential for success.
  • Collaboration in cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations will also be part of your role.

Who we’re looking for: 

  • We’re looking for someone with a technical qualification as a Drinks Dispense Technician who is comfortable using IT equipment such as laptops and handheld devices.
  • You are encouraged to apply if you have experience also in soft drinks, line cleaning, cellar, wine, cask ale installations
  • Your ability to work independently and unsupervised, including willingness to participate in an on-call rota, is key.
  • Strong customer interface skills and the ability to forge relationships will set you up for success in this role.
  • You should also be an effective performer in cross-functional teams.
