Drinks Dispense Apprentice – Budweiser Brewing Group

The role:

  • Undertake a 15 month Apprenticeship scheme via a modern framework and modular assessment route
  • To undertake the installation, maintenance and repair of beverage dispense equipment throughout multiple outlets as required under contract.
  • To provide industry leading, exceptional customer service to Budweiser Brewing Group and our customers
  • To take control of any works requested by the HUB team and/or Regional Operations Manager through to completion.
  • Undertake the installation of drinks dispense equipment within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
  • Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks within the expected service level agreement and complete the associated paperwork.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
  • Be on a call out Rota to provide the customer with full out of hours cover

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a customer technical or service environment desirable
  • High numeracy and verbal reasoning skills
  • Well-developed IT skill set across all areas of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to forge strong relationships both internally & externally
  • Minimum 5 x GCSEs or equivalent  – Grade C or above (Maths Grade B as a minimum) including Maths, English and Science
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ambitious and willing to work hard to achieve excellent results
  • Reliable, punctual and driven to succeed
