In this week’s newsletter from Pipeline Products, they are running through one of their case studies when they were asked to manufacture a Flow Plate for a local large scale brewery!
When they started the project, their customer was very specific with their requirements to be able to brew their product through various different ports!
The customer requested a twenty-three port flow plate on a Stainless Steel box section frame. They asked for all ports to be welded front to back, with welds removed and polished throughout.
Pipeline Product’s skilled fabricator, Andy was able to successfully construct this piece! The project was finished to hygienic standards to avoid dead zones or a risk of product being build up inside the pipework.
