Donaldson, a global manufacturer of food and beverage filtration, is showcasing their world-class filtration systems at the upcoming FOOD & DRINK EXPO held April 24-26 in Birmingham, U.K.
Donaldson is featuring a recently launched System Engineered Solution via its LifeTec™ liquid filter elements (Image 1) that offer plug and play functionality. Easy integration supports high flexibility, helps minimize maintenance costs and helps reduce production downtime.

Donaldson will also showcase how practical requirements can be met with the Modular Skid from the new System Engineered Solutions program (Image 2). Equipped with LifeTec™ filters, the skids filter liquids in various stages from pre-filtration to final filtration. The modular design enables each system to adapt to production processes and product properties.

Donaldson LifeTec™ PES-BN A filter elements (Image 3) will also be on show. Providing high filtration performance, stability and service life for final filtration and microbial stabilization of processed food and beverage liquids, the PES-BN A filter element performance is due to a state-of-the-art hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane with a highly asymmetrically designed pore structure.

Exhibition attendees can learn more about Donaldson’s Ultrapac™ Smart system (Image 4) for generating high purity compressed air in accordance with ISO 8573-1:2010. For use directly at the point of consumption, this modular compressed air filtration system combines
