The afternoon session focusses on the recent changes to the Private Water Supplies regulations, the implications of the changes, and how to interpret them. There will be talks from experts in the brewing and distilling industries, who will talk about their experiences and what EHOs need to focus on when they are faced with regulating private water supplies used to supply water for brewing and distilling.
