| This week Pipeline Products is running through one of our case studies, where we were asked to manufacture a Flow Plate for a local large scale brewery!
The customer was very specific for their requirements to be able to brew their product throughout various ports. They requested a Stainless Steel box section frame with a twenty-three port flow plate. Pipeline’s skilled fabricator, Andy was able to successfully construct this piece, ensuring it met all hygienic standards to avoid dead zones or a risk of product being build up inside the pipework. Additionally, their customer specified their preference for wanting CSE manual Butterfly Valves, as they were conscious about keeping the project cost-effective whilst ensuring that the full unit was effective and efficient. The next stage of the project was to install the proximity switches, which Pipeline constructed using our swing bends! Overall, the customer was very happy with the outcome of the flow plate!
