After its successful launch last November at Drinktec 22 in Munich, orders are steadily coming in for this innovative concept of high quality can filler for small and medium sized users.
Taking the linear can filler market by storm with its high quality of filling, the 12-1 uses a full counterpressure cycle with flushing of the cans with pure CO2 to ensure all traces of oxygen are removed prior to filling.
This translates into extra low values of TPO (total pick up of oxygen).
Furthermore, its twin set of 6 filling valves ensure a proper low speed degassing that eliminates excess foaming and loss of product during the delicate degassing operation.
A mechanical high specification seamer completes the Canfillblock that is fed by two automatic carousels of can lids ensuring ease of refilling of the lid feeder and a perfect seal.
