IC FILLING SYSTEMS has successfully completed a factory acceptance test for a food/sauce group in Canada who are looking to pack their range of sauces into 500g glass jars using a returnable/recyclable glass jar washing system.
This fully automated solution is able to handle up to 4,500 glass jars per hour with automatic loading of the glass jars into the unit, receiving jars on a conveyor belt and discharging the washed/dried glass jars onto a conveyor which feeds the automatic filler.
This client chose IC Filling Systems due to the compact footprint of the unit, the flexibly to be able to handle a wide range of jar formats, its low power & low water consumption, as well as its completely stainless steel chassis, suitable for food sauce applications.
