Specialist hygiene company, Christeyns Food Hygiene, has launched a new Leadership and Management training programme aimed at the manufacturing industry.
Already an accredited Hygiene Training provider with courses online and on site, Warrington based specialist, Christeyns Food Hygiene, has this month launched its First Steps to Successful Leadership programme designed to support companies in developing their staff throughout the business and to equip them with the necessary skills to successfully lead and manage their teams.
The course is made up of 6 modules that can be studied individually or on a pick and mix basis, with certification for each module.
The training has been designed specifically with manufacturing personnel in mind and the content reflects the challenges faced by those working in a manufacturing environment. The course has been put together by ILM accredited tutor Tina Brown specifically for Christeyns Food Hygiene and Tina and her team will deliver the training and provide assessment.
“We are very excited to be introducing this innovative and versatile learning programme,” says Elaine Hankinson, Training Academy Manager at CFH. “It offers flexible options to suit all types of business and can be run as an open course in a virtual classroom setting or as a series of specific scheduled sessions for individual companies and teams.”
A bespoke version of the training can also be created with modules that incorporate a companies’ own processes or practices. In addition, the complete programme can be adopted as a company’s own Leadership Programme.
Open courses are scheduled to commence online in February and an introductory webinar will be held on 27 January.
