The future will have to be different and to change business models to respond, the industry will need new and different people in new roles. Given the recent trading conditions, the very last thing many businesses will be in a position to do is to resource such a  process internally, or be inclined to pay fees no matter how exemplary the service or essential the task.
We have changed our business model, therefore, to allow businesses to take on talent whether for project, part-time or full-time roles on a fee-free basis. The objective being to get someone into a job and contributing.

If we cannot meet your requirements and move to finding someone using our in-house research team, any appointment will remain fee-free for the first three months, allowing for a true test and trial. To further aid cash flow, there will then be a 10% of base salary applied, with a further 5% at six months.
