The Danish consulting engineering company, NIRAS, has acquired Integrated Food Projects, which provides independent advice to food and drink businesses. The acquisition strengthens NIRAS’ position within the British and international food and beverage sector and enables them to provide a full range of consulting and engineering services to the industry.
As part of the transaction, NIRAS is also acquiring IFP group subsidiaries SDA Design Consultants, Civil and Structural consultant engineers, which will bolster the businesses UK design capability, along with IFP construction.
The acquisitions of IFP and SDA secure NIRAS a leading position among independent advisors to the food and beverage industry in the United Kingdom.
