Our annual staff and clients’ day was held at our North Office in the beautiful setting of Aske. In classic British summer tradition, the weather was wet and windy, but some of our friends and colleagues braved the rain to spend the afternoon with us, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed an afternoon of tea, cake and Scalextric (under the shelter of a gazebo!).
The morning was a busy session for the Envireau Water team, reflecting on our progress during 2019 and setting goals for the remainder of the year. There was a focus on quality and maintaining the rigorous standards that helped us to achieve ISO9001:2015. Keeping this accreditation requires continual improvement of our business processes.
Time together as a team is important. It gives us the opportunity to refocus on our why – why we do what we do. Our ethos of quality extends to the relationships we develop with our clients and suppliers too.
The tea party provided a great opportunity to build on our relationships with each other and the people we are lucky enough to work with.
